The BetOnline Sister Sites
Here are the BetOnline AG sister casinos: Wild Casino, SuperSlots, SportsBetting AG, HighRollerCasino AG, Tiger Gaming and Payday Casino.

Reviews of BetOnline AG Sister Sites
At Sister Casinos, we have an obligation to share the truth with our readers, whether that truth is good, bad, or ugly. When looking at BetOnline sister sites, you have to think about how things were in America’s Wild West: Fast moving, risky, but technically legal.
Let’s talk briefly about BetOnline’s sister sites, a series of beautiful island sisters out of Antigua and Barbuda. These are also known as .ag sites.
Antigua and Barbuda host .ag sites with the expectation that they’ll get some licensing from a gambling authority out of the UK, Curacao, or abroad. So each site needs to be checked for a valid gaming license.
For Wild Casino, Super Slots, and Sportsbetting AG, it’s difficult to say whether or not they’re supposed to be Panama-licensed properties, unlicensed, or they’ve just failed to list their license model. There’s no support phone or live chat, and Emails about their license status remain unanswered.
We’ll talk more about BetOnline’s long history in a few moments. First, allow us to introduce you to a sister site concept that they’ve taken advantage of and one of the main focuses of this article: Island sisters.
Island sisters are sister sites hosted in the Caribbean islands. They take advantage of friendly tax laws and the availability of Curacao gaming licenses to set up shop in one of the most favorable climates in the world. Without direct oversight from US or UK tax and business authorities, these sites can explore the limits of what an online gambling site can do.
Only some island sister sites are good. But when you come across one, you must do some extra homework to ensure you’re dealing with at least a reasonably safe casino.
So buckle up for a wild ride. We’re about to discuss the four BetOnline sister sites, look into alternatives by finding the best betting sites like BetOnline, and answer the question: Are areas like BetOnline legal?
BetOnline Sister Sites – Wild Casino
Wild Casino is a general online casino that takes its mechanics and policies from BetOnline. The game pool is smaller than some sites, but it should be enough for most slot and live table game enthusiasts.
As of Q2 of 2023, Wild Casino has 424 slot machines and 56 table games. They have a category for live gaming, but it disappears virtually at certain times of the day. They don’t have 24/7 shifts, or they may be experiencing service issues at the time of this review.
It’s quite an odd site. There’s no sports betting, no event betting, and no virtual sports. If Wild Casino wished to be a specialty site, they would have thousands of slots and table games, not hundreds.
Deposit methods are identical to BetOnline, with the same 9.75% charge for credit card deposits and a virtual currency bias. The weekly rakeback and crypto deposit bonus have a 45x playthrough requirement, which is more challenging than the industry standard.
But at least the look and feel are different from its parent site. There are some options if you are not interested in live play or sportsbooks.
BetOnline Sister Sites – Superslots
If you read the Wild Casino mini-review, you aren’t be surprised by what’s happening at SuperSlots. Sure, it’s a BetOnline sister site, but it’s also a virtual twin of Wild Casino.
SuperSlots has 422 slot machines and 55 table games as of Q2 of 2023. That’s just a couple less than what you see at Wild Casino, and the game selection is nearly identical. They should have focused on something other than game reskins or selected new vendors. It’s a copy/paste job.
Once again, there’s no sports or event-based wagering available. There are just a couple of live casino games. That could have to do with the time of day, but it’s equally possible that they aren’t available for one reason or another.
Bonuses are massive, one of the themes of betting sites like BetOnline and all BetOnline sister sites. The main draws are a $6,000 welcome bonus and a 400% crypto deposit bonus. The crypto bonus has a staggering 48x playthrough requirement to clear. It’s a particularly severe limitation.
There are reasons to create two virtually identical sister sites, of course. For example, you can use them as an A / B test to see what advertising works best. But this setup is similar to Wild Casino, so don’t expect new tricks.
BetOnline Sister Sites – Sportsbetting AG
We’ve mentioned that SportsBetting AG is one of the best reviewed BetOnline sister sites, having gained a lot of customer loyalty and trust in recent years. Sports, live betting, and racing are their bread and butter. Offerings are similar to BetOnline, which isn’t a shock.
Sports betting is the focus of this BetOnline sister site because the casino game side needs to be fixed. You can’t search through available games; there’s no filtering. I can’t report how many slots they have because there needs to be a count. But how much do you want to bet it’s around 424? That’s approximately the same number as Wild Casino and Super Slots, and this is likely a quick copy and paste of one of those sites.
They focus on something other than this part of their site. For example, ‘Golden Dragon Inferno‘ is marked as a New Slot in late April 2023. A look at the Wayback Machine shows that it was a ‘new’ slot back in early December 2022. They consider 5+-month-old slots to be new machines. That’s either an announcement of how little they care about introducing new devices or how little attention to detail they give their casino.
The bonuses here are much tamer than on the other BetOnline sister sites. There’s a 50% sports betting bonus with a 10x clear requirement. There’s a 100% first-time crypto matching bonus. The highest casino deposit bonus is a $3,000 surprise, an average 40x betting requirement!
These more sane, reasonable bonuses and clearing requirements have helped bolster Sports Betting’s reputation. Less chaos and more industry-standard bonuses are a definite plus for this site.
BetOnline Sister Sites – Tiger Gaming
Tiger Gaming is one of the oldest BetOnline sister sites in 2023, established in 1999. It has that seasoned feel: A simple but functional site layout with a solid gaming theme.
Of course, sports betting is their bread and butter. But the real surprise here is Tiger Gaming’s focus on poker. Poker has its lousy beat bonus, sign-up offers, a $500k guaranteed championship series, leaderboards, and bonus cash drops. It’s a great way to give the place a unique focus, something sorely lacking on a couple of the BetOnline sister sites.
Promotion prizes, such as the $15,000 BTC Deposit Challenge, only have a 4x rollover requirement to claim. That’s very reasonable. The 100% casino deposit match has a 30x deposit plus bonus clearance. This is deceptive if you look at the ’30x’. You’re clearing both the bonus and the warranty. It will be an almost impossible task without a lot of luck. The 100% poker bonus is a 10% rakeback; you get $5 for every $50 rake you experience at the poker tables.
It might not be the most generous site, but at least Tiger Gaming significantly differs from the other BetOnline sister sites.
An Honest Review of BetOnline AG
We’ll preface this review by saying you should only use online casinos you trust. Being based in Panama, there’s little to no recourse if you argue with the casino and want to go to a regulator. More than likely, nothing will happen. So you need to look at BetOnline’s history and organization setup and determine whether you feel comfortable taking a punt with them. Plenty of people do.
If you manage to create an account, credit card deposit fees are 9.75%. They’re pushing people towards cryptocurrency options, which have 0% deposit fees but are subject to whatever ‘the currency network charges gas’ or network fees. MoneyGram and Wire Transfer options are also available.
Believe it or not, BetOnline has been around for over 20 years. It’s licensed in Panama, but there needs to be more casino oversight in Panama, to be fair. The original site offered many of the same services you see in online casinos today but with much more upfront customer service. You could phone them and talk directly to a human being if you had questions, and they would respond to Email requests reasonably regularly.
You might remember them as one of the first casinos to accept cryptocurrency or the casino to run the crazy betting from Mt. Everest promotion. They have been with their share of positive press over the years. The site’s TrustPilot reviews are pretty good, though you never know how much of that is astroturfed.
The deposit offers are pretty generous, ranging from a 100% Deposit Matching Casino or Poker Welcome Bonus to a 50% Deposit Matching Sports Betting Bonus, to a 100% Crypto Deposit Matching Bonus, to various free play, prop betting, reduced vig, or successful bet bonuses that rotate seasonally.
But clearing these bonuses is another story. Casino and Poker Deposit Bonuses are subject to a 45X playthrough requirement. That means if you get $1,000 in matching funds, you need to wager $45,000 in your hands to clear it. The crypto and sports betting bonus rollover requirement is 10x. These would all be considered high by industry standards. 40x is far more common on the casino side, and 8x is seen relatively often on the sports betting side.
Plenty of 95% to 96% RTP slots are on the site from FlipLuck and BetSoft. But there must be more chance you can use them to clear any part of your casino bonus at a 45x betting requirement. The average player will dip into their initial deposit well before the bonus runs out.
Why? Let’s say you need to clear a $1,000 bonus. You need to pay $45,000 worth of slots (which have a 100% clearance value) to earn the bonus. That’s 450 $100 spins. At an average 4% loss per spin, you’re losing 450 * $4, or $1,800. That’s your entire bonus plus most of your deposit.
In short, BetOnline’s expected value (EV) is lower than that of other casinos. Their fee policy on deposits and withdrawals makes them a less attractive option than many other casinos. But if you have a particular attraction to this site, or a concrete reason to play here, then you might get lucky.
Are Sites Like BetOnline Legal?
It depends on what part of the world you’re from. In most US states, it is legal, and in the UK and many other countries, it is not.
In short, US citizens should check with their state gambling commission. New Jersey is often a pain. California might have certain restrictions.
Are These Sister Sites Trustworthy?
Turning to their trustworthiness, SportsBetting AG is a legit site, or as legit as its parent company. It has the average number of complaints levied against online gaming sites. 3.5 stars is alright at TrustPilot, at least not in this industry. If there was astroturfing activity, that could inflate the review scores.
The other three sites could fare better. Tiger Gaming has all 1-star reviews, but only five are listed as of early 2023, an oddity given how long they’ve claimed to be around. Super Slots has 1.8 stars, and Wild Casino has a marginally less harmful 1.9 stars. These would be considered ‘low’ even by casino review standards.
Some affiliate sites rate these BetOnline sister sites far more highly, maybe even an A or A+. But remember, they make money every time you open an account with their links, so let the buyer beware.
We published an entire article on Wild Casino’s sister sites to give you a complete picture. With this in mind, let’s briefly run down the BetOnline sister sites.
Want Alternatives to the BetOnline Sister Sites? Here Are Some!
Do you want to play in casinos with a better RTP than sites like BetOnline?
Let’s look at some of the criteria that casinos will need to meet, and we can then pick out ones that closely match BetOnline’s profile but are appropriately regulated and with sane bonus requirements.
BetVictor – The Best Betting Site Like BetOnline
Luckily, one of the closest matches for BetOnline runs a similar suite of games and betting options and is licensed in both Gibraltar and the UK!
BetVictor is a far classier, more well-reviewed, and trusted version of BetOnline. They use a suite of BetSoft games, meaning that many of the slots and casino games use the same mechanics as BetOnline if not the same games. But their regulation and enforcement come from the UK Gambling Commission and the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. In other words: If something goes wrong, you have actual recourse.
Another reason that BetVictor is the best betting site, like BetOnline, is the sports betting layout. In addition to all of the prominent UK-oriented sports (football, darts, cricket, snooker, and the like), BetVictor has a vast array of horse racing, virtual events, dog racing, tennis, basketball, and more! Also, they have in-play and live betting options as well!
BetVictor Casino Games
They have various casino games, including a host of BetSoft games similar to BetOnline’s offerings. They have hundreds of slots available, with great RTP rates and a broad range of minimum bets.
The two areas that BetVictor doesn’t measure up to BetOnline are deposit bonuses and crypto deposits:
The deposit bonuses are generally low limits but clear with a standard 40x betting threshold. Bonuses include wagering £10 and getting a £30 bonus plus 100 free spins, wagering £10 and getting a bonus of £50 on slots, and Bet £10 on horse racing and getting a £40 bonus. Technically we’re talking 400% and 500% matching in some cases, but the thresholds are low.
BetVictor doesn’t accept cryptocurrency deposits, though they do accept 11 different currencies via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Paypal, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafe, and Trustly. It has many viable methods, but it doesn’t include crypto.
Despite these drawbacks, BetVictor is the most reliable betting site, like BetOnline, available in the US. And BetVictor’s sister sites are pretty impressive as well!
BetUS – Best Non-Sister Site Like BetOnline
Although it’s a rarity here at Sister Casinos: We researched a non-sister site to give you an alternative to BetOnline.
Its reputation isn’t as sterling as BetVictor (but almost nobody is). The site’s TrustPilot reviews are currently at 2.2, which is better than Wild Casino, Super Slots, and Tiger Gaming. And at least we know that they hold a Gaming Curacao license, and at least it is a 365/JAZ, one of the better Curacao authorities.
But if you’re looking for a betting site like BetOnline, BetUS is easier to get closer than it. They have a similar game suite, including many BetSoft games that will be very familiar to BetOnline players—tons of slots, table games, and blackjack options. BetUS has plenty of live dealers available. They also have video bingo, video keno, and scratch cards.
Their sportsbook and racebook options are broader than some European sites. They focus on US and Canadian sports (football, baseball, etc.), UK sports (snooker, darts, etc.), and international competitions. They even have prop betting on novelty, political, and entertainment-based world events.
Their bonus structure is somewhat saner than other sites like BetOnline. Although their sports betting rollover requirement is still 10x, which, as we mentioned earlier, could be better, their slot and casino bonus requirements are much better. The industry standard 40x requirement for slots is in place, and a 30x rollover for other table games, excluding Pai Gow Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps. Sadly, That eliminates most good 1% to 3% house edge games. But there are still some decent options out there. With a 30x requirement, you want a sub-3% house edge to come out of it with some of your bonus intact. Lower bonus clearance requirements mean a better overall RTP.
The catch? It’s a 14-day clearance time on most bonuses. That is rare when discussing offers like a 125% sign-up bonus, 150% casino bonus, or 250% crypto bonus. You’ll need to play somewhat regularly and at decently high stakes to make those clearances. This makes picking and choosing the suitable games with the best odds more difficult.
And, of course, the deposit methods are similar to BetOnline: Credit card, wire transfer, cash transfer, and cryptocurrency. With crypto, you only pay whatever that coin’s gas or transaction fee is; BetUS charges no additional cost. Their credit card fee is cheaper than BetOnline: 7.5%.
BetUS has a mediocre reputation for support, but it’s better than some BetOnline sister sites. BetUS is a solid alternative if you want to avoid playing at BetOnline.
BetOnline has had a long history in the wagering community, over two decades. In that time, they’ve done some incredible, crazy stunts and pretty cool community events. Whether that vibe applies to their site today or the BetOnline sister sites is a matter of opinion.
We’ll continue to monitor all of the BetOnline sister sites. In particular, we’ll watch out for changes in their bonus clearing policies, licensing news updates for their island sister sites, and any improvement in their TrustPilot ratings.
But if you want to try something different, consider enjoying the best betting sites like BetOnline: BetVictor and BetUS.
