Here are the three Jokersino sister sites that we’re going to review before we look at alternatives briefly: Seven Casino, Winstler Casino and Gxmble Casino.

In cards, the Joker is an unknown factor. It’s a wildcard, meaning it could play any role in any given hand, and it would only know about it once it was too late. Jokersino is also a wildcard. Its structure is robust and chaotic, with vastly unknown motivations, yet it’s already having a massive impact on the real money online casino scene.

…but not in a good way.

A joker is great when on your side but can spell disaster when someone else has it. We will discuss how Jokersino has decided to wield its power over the players who gamble there and discuss the long-term impact this can have on your bankroll.

This won’t be the happiest Sister Casinos review. But we must tell you all about the Jokersino sister sites and give you an honest Jokersino review. Buckle up because this is going to be a bumpy ride.

The Jokersino sister sites have a Swedish sister site called Casineia. This is owned and operated by GAEM, but at the moment, we’re just looking at their English-language sister sites. Let’s look at these three sites to see if they have the same flaws as Jokersino or some redeeming qualities and features.

Seven Casino – Jokersino Sister Sites

Seven Casino is a carbon copy of Jokersino, with one name crossed out and the new name penciled in. For example, if you examine the ‘About Us’ page on Seven Casino, you’ll see the following phrase:

‘Seven Casino is a well-known, long-established brand that can be trusted.’

And the Jokersino ‘About Us page says:

‘Jokersino is a well-known, long-established brand that can be trusted.’

Look familiar? The worst part isn’t even the typo or the blatant copy-and-paste. They think GAEM deserves to be a ‘long-established brand’ after only a few months. Knowing what to think about a company that says things like this is hard. Many new casinos tell the truth, act transparently, and still make plenty of money.

Reputation

At any rate, the two sites share the same documents and have many of the same issues. Neither site has chosen to display its license or its RTP certification. This will be a common theme for the Jokersino sister sites.

One difference between this site and Jokersino is that some of Seven Casino’s reviews were deemed fraudulent on Trustpilot. Their moderation team removed several. Trustpilot had this to say about the incident:

‘We’ve detected several fake reviews for this company and removed them. If additional suspicious reviews are discovered on this profile, we’ll remove those too. If you believe a review is fake, you can flag it.‘

As you might have imagined, the T&Cs are primarily copied and pasted from one site to the other as well (though they changed the currency type). That means over 290 slots are excluded from rollover clearance. And, of course, there’s no automation to stop players from mistakenly using one of these machines during bonus clearance.

These Trustpilot reviews tell you everything you need to know about Jokersino’s bonus seizures (spelling is precise as the reviewers posted):

‘They rejected me because I play normal slots like Madame Destiny Megaways and Dog House. So, they confiscated all my winnings.’

‘They have confiscated my 3000 winning and blocked my account permanently, saying terms and conditions were broken, which was lies as I wasn’t playing any bonus gameplay.’

‘Apparently, £1 more than I should have been doing. They only accept £2 bets. Without knowing, breaking the rules, they confiscated all my money and the three grand I won.’

‘Betting over 2 euros a spin is not allowed. They closed my account and confiscated my 7000 for this.’

Note they said two EUROS, a spin on that last one. Yes, at the very least, Seven Casino isn’t trying to trick anyone with symbols for Canadian Dollars. But remember that dollars are worth more than Euros and adjust any bonus clearance bets accordingly to stay within the rules.

Bonuses and RTP

Access to good RTP machines is necessary to clear most of the bonuses. They claim to offer some 10x rollover bonuses for new deposits. However, given the number of reviews complaining about being stonewalled during the withdrawal process, this still seems like something other than the wisest gamble.

This is why we suggest that you only deposit real money into Seven Casino at your own risk, and note that we believe the chance to be high! This is one gamble we wouldn’t take.

Winstler Casino – Jokersino Sister Sites

Sadly, Winstler Casino resembles the same shenanigans under a different name.

Fake positive reviews have inflated Winstler Casino’s Trustpilot rating. Given the tight date grouping and lack of depth in the feedback, it is evident. So those 5-star reviews were taken down. And there are likely more takedowns if we’re reading these review patterns right.

Winstler Reputation

Winstler is a Jokersino clone. As you may have already guessed, they don’t display proof of their Curacao license, and there must be details about their supposed RTP certification. So assume this site is unlicensed until they give us some actual evidence.

The ‘About Us’ page is a carbon copy of what was found on Jokersino, with the casino name replaced. And once again, the site’s T&Cs are copied from the other Jokersino sister sites (Those with EUR standards, not Canadian Dollars). Over 290 machines have been restricted, meaning that you will be punished for using them to roll over any active bonus.

So, it’s not a shock that a lot of Trustpilot reviews are like these (spelling is per each user):

‘Had made some wins, and they do not want to pay the reason I made the winnings with a bonus.’

‘They have confiscated my funds for: “4.5.3. Gaming with active bonuses is restricted in the next slots”. You’ve played the game “Extra Juicy Megaways” By the way, I was allowed to play this game and never read this.’

‘They’ve confiscated my win for no reason.

Winstler Bonuses

Even without these strange restrictions, bonus offers on Winstler have a 45x rollover. Most players will need a 98% RTP slot to break even, but that won’t be available given the massive restriction list in the T&Cs.

Winstler Casino is another vanilla Jokersino sister site with the same cheap tricks. Our judgment remains the same as well. We suggest that you only deposit real money into Jokersino at your own risk, and you should note that we believe the chance to be high!

Gxmble Casino – Jokersino Sister Sites

We’ll keep this one brief. Gxmble Casino has all of the same flaws as Jokersino, except it’s using a Euro basis for its bonus requirements instead of Canadian Dollars. It has all the same slimy T&C conditions and no automation required to make it work correctly.

They don’t have a valid license statement on the homepage or anywhere else we searched. Gxmble claims to have had RTP testing but needs a certification or proof. They also got nailed for fake Trustpilot reviews. And here are the Trustpilot statements of just a couple of victims of their half-baked bonus restrictions:

‘The reasoning behind confiscating your winnings is that you’ve breached our terms of service regarding point “4.5.3. Gaming with active bonuses is restricted in the next slots.’

‘Refused my withdrawal as said I exceeded a stake amount and have confiscated my winnings.’

‘Not a site that protects customers from playing games that are not allowed to play with bonus

‘Broke the terms of wagering by having a few 20cent attempts at ‘dog house’ even though I had won over 360 euro on a different slot.’

Who Owns The Jokersino Sister Sites?

Jokersino is part of an ‘island sister site’ chain. These sites operate out of Antigua and Barbuda, often with a Curacao license (though this needs to be clarified for Jokersino, as we’re about to discover).

The Jokersino sister sites are owned and operated by GAEM Limited (that’s the actual spelling, not a typo). They are registered at Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 84, Office 1, 6017, Larnaca, Cyprus.

They may have a Cyprus address, but their company registration is in Curacao: #163083 in the country’s commercial register.

GAEM Limited is a beard for a large investment group. Check out these records that we pulled from the Curacao Chamber of Commerce:

This is the typical structure of shell companies. The Director isn’t a person; it’s another business. The listed Director, PYGG B.V., is also based in Curacao.

If we crawl down this rabbit hole, we find that PGYY B.V. is registered with a Netherlands address. The name sounds like PYGG Capital Partners, a high-end wealth management company with many characters and unnamed clients.

This is why we have yet to learn who runs GAEM. We know one of the intermediaries: Frank Henri Christiaan Lammers. He’s the Statutory Director listed on the PYGG B.V. license. If you’ve seen that name before, you might have read the Panama Papers. He runs Amergeris Wealth Management (Barbados) LTD, or at least he did when this was all discovered.

In the most likely scenario, GAEM is a tax and liability shelter. Some of PYGG’s clients are the owners; we may never know who they are.

Is Jokersino Safe and Legit?

Probably not. We are still determining if you should only partially use the Jokersino sister sites because they’re brand new. Jokersino was created in early 2023, and we’re writing this review in July 2023. They have yet to have a long track record to examine.

Jokersino Reputation

What we can do is look for red flags and analyze user experiences. And that’s precisely what we’ve done in our honest Jokersino review below. But before we get there, let’s discuss Jokersino’s licensing situation.

When we opened up the live chat GAEM support, we had yet to learn that they would start the conversation by lying. Immediately when we mentioned sister sites, they claimed that the casino we were asking about (Seven Casino originally) had no sister sites and was independent with unique ownership.

So, we asked them Why all Jokersino sister sites use the same corporate anti-money-laundering document? It clearly says ‘GAEM’ on the AML statement. This is the same statement on every sister site.

It’s just such a stupid, trivial thing to lie about. And, of course, it isn’t the support rep’s idea; they’re just reading off of a script. Someone told them to deny they’re a sister site, even with evidence so evident that it hurts.

The chat agent said the Jokersino license was a Curacao Master Gaming License. That meant they got it from Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V. 

For those keeping score, that’s a 5536/JAZ.

Licensing

But where was the license certificate displayed? It’s a legal requirement from the four Curacao certification sources that license information must be displayed on the site. It isn’t on the homepage. The license isn’t in the T&Cs. It is shown on the four Jokersino sister sites in mid-July 2023.

So, we E-mailed support to get clarification, but that still needs to be answered. As of right now, consider these particular sister sites unlicensed.

If they can’t provide and display proof, they’re violating industry standards and probably the conditions of the license authorities (if they have a license in the first place). This is different from how industry professionals run their businesses. It’s amateur crap.

So, we must turn to public feedback on the site to see if they act in good faith. But Jokersino is so new that they only have a few TrustPilot reviews. However, we have reviews of the sister sites, and the news could be better. Details on that are in the following few sections.

So, when push comes to shove, this site looks shady. But they’re also in their first few opening months, and maybe they’re just getting all the kinks out of their systems. We may be looking at an unpolished site opening, and they’re working hard to get all of the information together and provide proper transparency.

However, that doesn’t explain other issues we found with the site when we did our deep dive. Read on.

An Honest Jokersino Review

As we mentioned, Jokersino is incredibly new by real money online casino standards. They only have a few months of what can be considered a ‘regular’ operation. As of mid-July 2023, they have a whopping Jokersino review on Trustpilot. That’s not enough to go on.

However, it must be noted that the other Jokersino sister sites have had reviews removed because they were fake. Here’s what Trustpilot says on the matter:

‘We’ve removed several fake reviews for this company. These reviews relate to review seller networks that buy and sell fake reviews. These can lead to bias and compromise the reliability of reviews. We’re strongly against this.‘

We have yet to determine if this was the work of GAEM, PYGG, or any other associated party. It might even be a false flag. In any case, you won’t be able to use Trustpilot to get a decent idea of how Jokersino is being run.

When you visit the site, first impressions could be better. Their featured mascot looks like a walking copyright violation of the Joker movies, but maybe they changed the look and feel enough to get around that.

Putting that tidbit in the corner for a moment, let’s examine the key features that Jokersino advertises on their homepage:

Fast registration, game selection, and instant deposits are likely accurate because all of these things benefit the casino.

At the Jokersino sister sites, fast payouts would be considered a joke. There are multiple complaints about payouts being delayed and even canceled in some cases. But they’re different if you want to give Jokersino the benefit of the doubt.

As far as licensed and regulated, we’ve already mentioned that they don’t provide proof. Even by the terms of 5536/JAZ licensing, which is some of the easiest to get and the most lax in the business, they may need to comply with their terms. That’s assuming they’re telling the truth about having a license.

Jokersino RTP

As far as regulation, this is what they have to say at the bottom of their homepage (their spelling, not mine):

‘All of our slot machines are RTP certified.‘

RTP certification generally requires proof or at least an auditing company name. Otherwise, how can anyone know that the audit was legit or what their findings were? With no auditor listed, no report given, and no reason to trust this brand-new site, you should only be skeptical once they provide proof.

Jokersino Games

But let’s press on with the Jokersino review, there are still many things to cover.

Jokersino’s casino games include many popular titles, from Betsoft, Microgaming, Play’ n Go, GameArt, Thunderkick, NetEnt, Scientific Games, Push Gaming, and Merkur Gaming, among many others. They have some great RTP slot machines available as well. For example:

Just remember that you can’t use these slots to clear bonuses. We’ll explain why shortly.

Remember that the side bets on most of these games have a terrible RTP. And always read the rules and look up optimal play patterns for any games you don’t know; they might have hidden pitfalls that tank the RTP.

Now we get to the exciting part: Jokersino’s bonuses.

They’re currently offering incredible, and some might say impossible, bonuses. They have a 5x rollover deposit bonus and a 20x rollover weekly bonus. That’s in addition to 10% cashback for VIPs. No, seriously. This is their current homepage offer:

However, note the ‘C’ in front of the dollar sign.

Is that a typo? Or are they referring to Canadian dollars? Or is that a reference to the Nicaraguan córdoba?

It makes a massive difference. A quick chat with support said that it referred to Canadian Dollars. If that’s true, you need to adjust your calculations. Allow us to explain why.

Bonus Requirements

Jokersino restricts using over 290 high RTP slots when trying to clear your bonus offers. This list is obscenely large; nobody should be expected to read through it, let alone memorize it. Checking the return to player statistics, this list may include every machine with a 96% RTP or better.

And Jokersino allows you to play these games. If you have a bonus pending, they claim that you’re cheating, and then they take away all your bonus winnings and freeze your account. We took a picture of the banned list, which may change over time. So use Ctrl+F to find a specific game on their T&C page to see whether you can use it to clear bonuses.

The second clause sets the maximum clearance allowed per bet to two CANADIAN Dollars. The casino will only prevent you from betting more; automation exists. Instead, they’ll claim you’re cheating if you bet over 2 CAD and seize your bonus funds and winnings!

If you accidentally bet 2 U.S. Dollars instead of the equivalent of 2 Canadian dollars, you just broke the rules. This is undoubtedly one of the most underhanded tactics we’ve seen at a casino. Almost everyone uses USD or a European currency (Euro or Pound) as a basis.

You can’t read any specific bonus T&Cs until after you deposit. So, you would only know about additional terms after your money is in Jokersino’s hands. And you can’t change your mind without gambling unless you want to pay a 20% fee for not rolling over your funds at least once.

Payment Options

For the sake of being complete, let’s look at Jokersino’s payment methods: Visa and Mastercard (both credit and debit), American Express, most cryptocurrencies (though they push both Tether and BitCoin), bank transfers, and country-specific deposit methods like GiroPay, Skrill, AstroPay SoFort, and of course Neteller. These options may change, this being a newer casino, so double-check before depositing.

Here is our verdict for this honest Jokersino review:

Being the newest sister site, Jokersino could have corrected some of the mistakes GAEM made in their other locations. Instead, they’ve added new layers of scummy tricks that they can use to trigger violations of their T&Cs.

This means you should only deposit real money into Jokersino at your own risk, and that risk is probably relatively high!

If you must try them out, don’t commit more than the minimum possible deposit to get whatever bonus offer you want.

You should also read the whole T&C document, remember they deal in Canadian dollars as a standard, and be careful. It’s unlikely you’ll find mercy here, even for small mistakes, and no automation will stop you from doing something wrong in Jokersino’s eyes.

We’re giving Jokersino a limited time to correct their issues. Then we plan to add them to our ban list. They may be new, but if they can’t get their act together in a few months, that’s it.

Jokersino Alternative Sites

Our choice MyStake as the best site, like Jokersino. Santeda International B.V. owns them, and their Cyprus registration number is HE406761. They also hold a 1668/JAZ license issued by Curaçao eGaming.

The MyStake reviews are primarily positive, earning them a TrustPilot score of 4.7 (as of mid-July 2023).

Then they need to do what every reputable real money online casino does: Display their license information, transparently share their RTP audit company and results, and train their support staff to help players instead of turning every loophole in the T&Cs into a noose.
