The Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Mr. Spin has seven sister sites to track. They are Bonus Boss, Casino 2020, Cashmo, PocketWin, Jammy Monkey, mFortune and Dr. Slot. Of course, many of these sites will share similar features because they often use the same pool of games. We’ll let you know if you should be aware of any additional features or exclusive content. But given that the sites seem to have some common flaws that might be far more important to the average reader, we’ll be focusing heavily on those.

Reviews of The Mr. Spin Casino Sister Sites
The Mr. Spin sister sites have been in flux since the Skywind buyout. After the mass layoffs, there has been uncertainty about the effectiveness of their support and their automation. And customers are mainly concerned by how much or how little their games are paying out.
The Sister Casinos team has been following the progress of these sites since the takeover to see if the public perception of them reflects a general decline in service and customer support. This article will cover the ownership status of these sites before we conduct an honest Mr. Spin review.
Strap on your crash helmets, folks. This one could be more pretty. It’s time to look at the Mr. Spin sister sites in detail to see if they’re worth your time and hard-earned money.
Bonus Boss – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Bonus Boss is one of Skywind’s newest casinos under the InTouch name. It was launched in 2023 with a limited amount of fanfare. The site is mainly focused on offering slot and casino games. So you won’t find any bingo rooms, and you won’t see a section dedicated to slingo games. There is no live casino or sportsbook available either.
They better have some good ones if the game’s name is real money online slots. Otherwise, why be in business at all?
RTP
Well, these were the slots being advertised on their homepage and in their new games section right at the beginning of August 2023:
- Masks of Medusa with an RTP (Return to Player) of 92.04%
- Bronco Buck$ with an RTP of 91.90%
- Aztec Flame with an RTP of 92.01%
- Steps to Heaven with an RTP of 92.03%
- Animal Kingdom with an RTP of 92.04%
- The Gambler’s Arms with an RTP of 92.01%
These are awful, of course. The industry average RTP in the UK is around 95%, give or take a few tenths of a point. Being between 2% and 3% lower than the average is a bit disgusting, considering this is a potential gambler’s first point of contact with Bonus Boss.
Note that Masks of Medusa is their Game of the Month. So, any free or bonus spins taken due to monthly promotions are at 92.04% RTP. To say that these RTPs are greedy is an understatement. But as we mentioned, it’s legal in the UK since regulators don’t impose minimum RTP standards.
Bonus Boss reputation
It would help if you weren’t shocked that there are some complaints about low win rates, but what might surprise you is that the most common complaint on Trustpilot isn’t about that. Instead, the majority of one-star reviews are about slow payouts, no payouts, and closed accounts after a winning session (reviews quoted with exact spelling and grammar):
‘Deposited ยฃ200 won ยฃ400 asked for ID sent the required verification forms required, five weeks later no money, they won’t answer the phone.’
‘I won ยฃ70 on Friday, and my money still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent in all my documents around seven times when just getting the same email to send in all my details, which I have done around three times. I keep going on live chat, and no agent is coming through.’
‘Like everyone else, I am having trouble getting the money back that I deposited into the account, and they are now ignoring my messages on live chat and text messages.‘
Bonuses
Even if you did trust them to pay out, most people trying to clear a bonus will have nothing to withdraw at the end of the process. Why? Bonus Boss bonuses have a 40x rollover requirement. That includes the 200% Match on a New Deposit – Max ยฃ100. It also includes winnings from the Up to 100 Free Spins – No Deposit bonus offer.
Given Bonus Boss’ limited games selection, bad RTP, slow customer service, and reputation for not paying out, we suggest avoiding them like the plague.
Casino 2020 – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Casino 2020 is all about risk-taking. But it might not be the kind of risk you would expect. They’re a slot machine-focused site, presenting about 60 slot machines to its players. Like Bonus Boss, there are no bingo, slingo, or sportsbook sections.
You might notice that the bonuses here have a ‘UP TO’ clause. That means they display a maximum on the bonus page; you can only rely on getting part of the bonus by chance.
The Casino 2020 no-deposit bonus is UP TO ยฃ20 and 20 Free Spins. And their first deposit bonus is UP TO ยฃ300 and UP TO 400 Free Spins. A 40x rollover applies, and given that there are no decent RTP slots, you’ll need to be incredibly lucky to clear anything.
Then there’s the RTP tanking issues:
Spin A Clue – once offered a 94.51% RTP, way back in the glory days of 2022. Now, it’s just 94.13%, or 0.39% lower than it used to be.
Operation Wilds – used to offer a 94.62% RTP. Now, it’s 0.52% lower, sitting at 94.1% RTP.
So you’ll win less often on these. And if you play the right slots, the odds are much better. For example, the Amityville slot will grace you with a 90.04% RTP. All in all, Casino 2020 is terrible. Their Trustpilot rating is wrong, but there’s plenty of evidence present on the site itself, so don’t worry. Look at the lackluster game selection, low RTP, and odds tanking. That should be more than enough inspiration for you to avoid them.
Cashmo – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Cashmo was a slot-only site focused chiefly on mobile play. They were pushing the same array of bad 92% RTP slots on the homepage that many of the other Mr. Spin sister sites were: Mega Mr. Monster, Howl At The Moon, Tomorrow’s Fortune, and Golden Road.
But that’s all in the past because the site looks to be closing down. They are encouraging players to try a casino under an entirely different UK license and thus might be under foreign ownership.
Given that they are short for this world, we don’t suggest opening an account at Cashmo. Never put money into sites that are going away. You’re just inviting a world of pain into your life. We’ll review the new set of sister casinos that Cashmo mentions after we’ve established their legitimacy and done our research.
PocketWin – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
PocketWin is a broader themed, mobile-optimized Mr. Spin sister site offering bingo, casino, and slot game action.
It has the same slot selection as most other InTouch sites, with the average machine having around 94% RTP. There needs to be something to write home about. The 40x rollover requirements on their No-Deposit Bonus of ยฃ10 and their 200% First Deposit Match Up to ยฃ100 seriously doubt any dream of winning over the long term. On average, losing 6% of your stake per rollover is always a sad prospect.
PocketWin’s casino has Roulette and Blackjack, with RTPs of a little over 97% given optimal play. But remember, they only register as 10% of your bonus rollover. Each of the five bingo rooms has a progressive jackpot, which you can claim if you get a whole house before the 35th call.
The issue is, of course, that PocketWin’s reviews are terrible. Combine that with their low RTP, and you have a recipe for disappointment. Like any quiet RTP site, we don’t remarkably advise playing here.
Dr. Slot – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Dr Slot is a slots-only Mr. Spin sister site with the same low RTP issues as the other sites we’ve reviewed. The game of the month for August of 2023 is Doom Lord, sporting a sad 92% RTP. Their other featured new slots include Secret Stars, Juiced Fruits, and Wild Volcanoโฆ all of which are within 0.05% of the 92% RTP mark.
There’s a max of ยฃ50 for their First Deposit 300% Matching bonus offer. Since it has a 40x rollover requirement on these low RTP machines, you still aren’t likely to clear it. But with Trustpilot reviews like this, it hardly matters whether or not you win (spelling and grammar left as-is):
‘I won money on their site 320 just says pending. I am still waiting for someone to reply to my email, and the online support doesn’t exist. No one from their company has replied. What will I get my winnings? If not, I will take them to a tribunal.’
‘I didn’t get my ยฃ50 I won. They stole it, then shut me off the site.’
‘Absolutely terrible hasn’t revived my withdrawal. There is no help. It’s been 20 days now I’m starting to get the hump.’
While that last one is funny, what could be more amusing is that all of those were posted in the previous 30 days. It’s a disturbing trend of not paying out. Dr. Slot is another Mr. Spin sister site with a bad average RTP and many payout complaints. There are better combinations than this for any punter. Avoid it.
Jammy Monkey – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Jammy Monkey is a slot-only real-money online casino. But in a surprise twist, they have more than just InTouch games! They have a lot of Slot Factory machines in addition to the Skywind branded ones. Their short-term RTP report shows hot and cold streaks, but these need more data points to be statistically relevant. It’s just a bit of fun.
Sadly, the actual RTPs are pretty bad. Five slots pushed on their homepage are all within 0.05% of the 92% RTP mark: Zodiac Zen, Red Wolf Wins, Chilli Party, Egyptian Queens, and Meat Feast. That’s an imposing array of time wasters.
The 40x wagering requirement is still in place for bonus clearance. However, their bonuses still showed the July offers at the reporting time. Yes, they were a month behind, as this is being written in August 2023. This indicates a need for more planning or automation. Neither bodes well for the site.
Jammy Monkey’s bad Trustpilot reviews and low RTPs are enough for us to tell you to steer well clear of this mess.
mFortune – Mr. Spin Sister Sites
Finally, we have mFortune, a Mr. Spin sister site with slots, bingo, and casino games. As you probably guessed, the new ‘feature’ slots are all in the 92% RTP range: One Step Beyond, Chicago Boss, Slot Factory, and Queen of the East in this case.
Their casino games are primarily versions of roulette and blackjack. With perfect play, most variants are over 97% RTP. Double-check the RTP of the specific game you’re about to play and remember that blackjack and roulette only count 10% towards any bonus rollover requirement.
There are built-in ways to play slot machines during your 90-ball bingo match. The bingo rooms themselves are gem-themed, usually having an eleven-room setup. The progressive jackpots are awarded when all 15 numbers are matched on a single ticket in 35 or less.
The bingo-themed bonus is: Deposit ยฃ10, Get Up to ยฃ20. You need to clear that ยฃ20 in a 40x rollover ritual. mFortune also has a ยฃ10 No Deposit bonus and a 100 Free Spin welcome bonus, each subject to a 40x wagering requirement.
As you probably guessed, reviews in recent months have been terrible, resulting in a Trustpilot rating of 1.6 out of 5 at the time of writing. Between the wrong RTP percentages and the rollover requirements, something needs to be more interesting here.
Who Owns the Mr. Spin Sister Sites?
According to the registration with the UK Gambling Commission, the owner of the record for the Mr. Spin sister sites is InTouch Games Limited. They used to be based in Halesowen, England, but as you’re about to see, things have changed. They hold UK gambling license number 2091.
In 2022, InTouch was acquired by Skywind. Skywind is a gambling services provider that owns real money online casino assets and free demo gaming sites. They’re registered with the UK Gambling Commission, though they have not yet moved the Mr. Spin sister sites onto their license (#52261). And with the possible entry of a third entity, given what we learned about Cashmo, they might never do that. More on the Cashmo situation later.
Skywind was formerly part of the Viaden Media group until billionaire Teddy Sagi, the founder of Playtech, bought it. Shortly after, he split the company into the Sport.com and the Skywind Holdings entities. These days, Teddy is also the owner of Kape Technologies and London’s Camden Market.
Is Mr. Spin Legit and Safe?
The Mr. Spin sister sites are legit if you’re looking at whether or not they have a valid license in the UK.
But if you look at their respect for the rule of law, they’ve been sanctioned twice within 22 months for anti-money laundering and social responsibility issues. To be fined once, that happens; you misread or misunderstood a technicality. To be hit again for the same problems within two years is suspect.
The next question is whether or not Mr. Spin is safe. The answer is not really.
As you’re about to see, we’ve read reports and reviews of the company not paying out promptly and sometimes not at all. We know that they fired a bunch of their support staff and have evidence of both RTP tanking and of them pushing shallow RTP machines on the public.
You’ll see this in our honest Mr. Spin review and reports on the individual Mr. Spin sister sites.
How Did Skywind’s Acquisition Impact the Mr. Spin Sister Sites?
Good question. Here’s the answer: Poorly.
After Skywind fired their Halesowen support staff and moved to Birmingham, things went south quickly. Public reviews started to tank. Signs of pushing low RTP games appeared.
Mr. Spin is the only site on the chart with any reputational gain. Meanwhile, four of the eight sites registered a rating loss.
That’s not easy to pull off. Once you’re down that low in the ratings, any two-star reviews or better increases your average. That means the four sites that fell have an overwhelming number of 1-star reviews. That’s a bad look. At the moment, it’s looking like Skywind’s acquisition of InTrust Games has yet to have positive results in the public eye.
Let’s look for specific reasons for this downturn in our honest Mr. Spin review. After that, we’ll briefly cover each Mr. Spin sister site.
An Honest Mr. Spin Casino Review
Mr. Spin was founded in 2016 when InTouch was already established but still relatively new. It used to have a 24/7 UK call center and a text line that would call you back immediately if there was a problem.
Those days are gone, of course. But don’t be fooled by the nostalgia. Even back then, InTouch pushed plenty of games with a return to player (RTP) percentage between 92% and 94%, such as Crocopot Slots and Polar Slots. They were no saints.
Mr. Spin Casino Games
These days, Mr. Spin has much more variety than most other InTouch casinos. It has slot machines, bingo rooms, and roulette tables available. Because it’s an older site, you get a richer history in the devices available; Mr. Spin has around twice as many slot titles as most of her sister sites. But the website itself needs more valuable features.
For example, you can’t search through the slot machines available at Mr. Spin from the slots page or the default home page. They don’t even put the text names of the slots on the page, so you can’t Ctrl-F to find them.
You either have to scroll through all the options until you find what you want, and some could be better.
Take the Dog Detectives slot, and it’s 90.11% RTP. Or the laughingstock of this collection, Red Devil Reel, with an RTP of just 89.99%. Because the UK has no minimum RTP standards, these are technically legal. But they shouldn’t be. Avoid them like the plague; they’re an absolute waste of your time and money.
Mr. Spin Bonuses
Don’t try to use them to clear bonuses because those all have a 40x rollover requirement.
Do you care to do the maths on that? The average slot on the site has around a 94% RTP. Their three new machines being pushed on the front page are all 92% RTP or less: Bolts of Zeus, Golden Road, and Kings Vault. But if you hunt around, you’ll find some InTouch machines with a little over 94% RTP.
So let’s say you take advantage of the standard Mr. Spin bonus for first-time deposits: 100% Matching Up To ยฃ100. You deposit ยฃ100, they match it for a total of ยฃ200. You’ll lose an average of ยฃ6 per rollover, times 40 for a total of ยฃ240. That’s your entire deposit and bonus, plus a bit more.
But what if you use the Mr. Spin No Deposit Bonus for 50 Free Spins instead? You’ll need to clear whatever you win and then do a 40x rollover on any winnings. You’ll have to get incredibly lucky to pull that off, so good luck.
Let’s focus on Mr. Spin’s bingo offerings instead. There needs to be a significant focus on bingo; they only provide three or four bingo rooms at any time. But they do offer a Bingo Mega Jackpot that starts at ยฃ10,000. It is currently at ยฃ29,000 (in the first week of August 2023). You can claim that prize with a Full House in 31 calls or less.
Playing bingo earns you rewards points you can spend in the Loyalty Shop. You can get gift cards, online vouchers, and even bonus credits at the casino. They offer roulette variations with a standard theoretical RTP of 97.30%. It is called Mr. Spin, after all, and roulette wheels spin. It’s a shared experience; there is little more to say here. Remember: Playing roulette only contributes 10% towards bonus clearance.
Mr. Spin Payment Options
Deposit methods are debit, PaySafeCard, PayPal, and debit from your phone bill. Withdrawal methods are bank transfer, debit cards, and PayPal.
Their Trustpilot rating is right on the edge, between 1.5 and 1.6 stars out of 5. It just dipped below. Will it return to 1.6 by the time this review is published? I have goosebumps!
Reputation
Seriously though, recent experiences posted here make withdrawing your winning seem like the true gamble (reviews retain the exact spelling and grammar):
‘Started okay but then realizes this company just messes you about asking for the same I.d over and over again โฆstill waiting for my last withdrawal even though I have had four previously .something not right with this company avoid at all costs.’
‘Almost three weeks now since my withdrawal request, and these thieves are still refusing to approve/process my withdrawal despite providing over and above what they’ve asked for in terms of documentation, but I’ve since closed my account, too. Now they’re just fobbing me off.‘
‘Absolutely joke of a company 4. Weeks ago, you held on to my money quickly enough to take a deposit, but as soon as you withdraw, please send your ID. I have nearly ten times. Customer customer service is a joke; no one replies.‘
‘You can deposit with no issue, but try to withdraw, and they will simply ignore you, change the amount to Minimum, and leave you stuck on pending for ages. No way of contacting them as live chat is broken, and they don’t respond to email.‘
All of these reviews were posted in the last two months. That’s a frightening trend.
So what’s the final verdict? Mr. Spin is bad. The terrible support, shocking slot RTP, punishing bonus structure given that RTP, and lousy user feedback all combine to make this a dubious adventure. We wouldn’t recommend it, certainly.
Let’s look at the Mr. Spin sister sites to see if they fare any better.
Mr. Spin Alternatives
Don’t worry. Some sites have better average RTP, better support, and a wider variety of games. Here are just a few places like Mr. Spin to look at.
These two examples are from the Heart Bingo sister sites. All but one of them are well respected (we won’t be talking about The Site That Shall Not Be Named), and their regulars even believe some.
Between the two of these sites, you can expect a good mix of games and a far better RTP range: BetVictor and Heart Bingo.
People use these sites for very different purposes. Make sure you pick the one that covers your interests the best.
Heart Bingo
Heart Bingo offers excellent bonuses if you want to play bingo and slingo. A few of the prizes provided on Heart Bingo have almost no rollover requirement! By opting in and rolling over your deposit once (for anti-money laundering reasons), you’ll automatically be qualified for the bonus payout. Remember that PayPal deposits can’t participate in their bonuses, only debit cards.
By opting in and wagering ยฃ10 within your first week on the site, you get up to ยฃ30 on Bingo + 100 Spins on Make Me a Millionaire. The ‘up to’ has nothing to do with an RNG trick. You can play in either the 10p rooms or the 1p rooms. Pick the 10p rooms.
BetVictor
BetVictor is a massive range of games and RTPs. They put the Mr. Spin sister sites to shame. They also have a sportsbook and a live casino.
BetVictor’s bonuses could be better, frankly. If that’s all you’re interested in, look at their sister site, talkSport, instead. People come here for the fair RTP games and the excellent support team. For example, the featured bonus slot is Big Bass Bonanza, with a 95.67% RTP. Other featured slots include BetVictor Bonanza (95.5% RTP) and Big Bad Wolf (97.34% RTP).
So you get better bonuses at the Heart Bingo, better RTP options at BetVictor, and excellent customer service. Why play at the Mr. Spin sister sites at all at that point?
Conclusion
Check out the Heart Bingo sister sites rather than inflicting pain on yourself using the Mr. Spin sister sites.
Putting a bunch of 92% RTP slots on the front page is an awful practice – Trustpilot reports of not paying out raise giant red flags. So our conclusion is to avoid the Mr. Spin sister sites if you have any other option.
The Sister Casinos will continue to monitor these sites for improvement. If we see any, we’ll let you know. Until then, stay alert!
