In this article we will check out the MyStake Casino sister sites, then we’ll perform an in-depth, honest MyStake review. Then we’ll look at two similar sites, so you have a MyStake alternative or two in your back pocket if you want to try something just a little different.
The MyStake Sister Sites
Not every set of sister casinos is a massive list of sites owned by a mega-corp that pumps out reskins every month like clockwork. Santeda International B.V. owns two other prominent sites that cater to an international clientele and have English as one of their language choices. Mystake casino sister sites are Rolletto and Goldenbet.
Sites like Mystake Casino
Reviews of Mystake Sister Sites
As with many sister casinos, there are some similar features to discuss and some departures from the original site. MyStake sister sites are close to the original in terms of policy and public offerings, but some features might surprise you.
We can tackle some similarities right away: The sites all have a 1668/JAZ license issued by Curaçao eGaming (see above for our comments on MyStake’s license choice). Their non-live games have a similar suite of game designers, so if you like the look and feel of the slots at MyStake, you’ll probably like the slots at Goldenbet and Roulette. The non-live and live sports betting, racing, and E-sports betting are the same on every site (as of late May 2023).
But there are certainly some differences between the MyStake sister sites as well! Let’s cover those briefly.
MyStake Sister Site – Rolletto
The first significant difference on the Rolletto home page is a listing of hot and cold games.
How do they do this? Well, they take the number of rounds or spins on a particular game, compare the payout over the last day to the intake of bets, and spit out a 24-hour RTP.
Is this useful? No, but it’s fun. 24-hour RTPs are meaningless. It needs to be a larger sample size to reflect any significant trend. These games need tens of thousands of interactions before they start to remember their accurate RTP, and 24 hours doesn’t even represent a fraction of the sample size required to satisfy the Law of Large Numbers.
Rolletto Games
But it’s a fun little statistic, and some people get inspired to play ‘hot’ or ‘cold’ games, even though the past performance of an online slot is essentially wiped out with each new spin (other than accumulated statistics like progressives, etc.). So if you like this sort of thing, enjoy it! Rolletto gives you the tools to dive into these cold and hot streaks however you want.
For some reason, Rolletto has decided to field fewer minigames than her fellow MyStake sister sites. There needs to be an explanation as to why they made this decision. But if you want the full suite of minigames, go to Goldenbet or MyStake instead.
For some reason, the live casino game offerings are much more extensive on Rolletto when compared to MyStake. For example, Rolletto is offering seven poker options to MyStake. They have 38 baccarat live tables compared to only nine at MyStake! Eighteen game shows (including Monopoly and other branded games) compared to one, and the list goes on. So if you want extensive live casino options, Rolletto is far better.
Rolletto Bonuses
On the bonus side, there’s nothing to see here often, and the bonus structures are even worse than MyStake. We’re talking about a laughable 40x rollover for deposit and bonus on quite a few of their welcome offers and reload bonuses! The flashy banners for a 250% Deposit Welcome Bonus up to $1,500 might be alluring. But you have a snowball’s chance of clearing that with a 40x deposit + bonus rollover requirement and a max $5 qualifying wager to remove virtually all hope of positive variance. On average, even playing their best RTP machines that are eligible for the bonus clearance will drain your bonus and your entire initial deposit.
The same advice we gave before applies here: Don’t even factor in the bonuses for the MyStake Casino sister sites. Grab the freeroll offers if they interest you (they have a 3+1 Freebet offer, for example), but trying to grind out these insane turnover requirements on the percentage bonuses that they offer is far more likely to lead to your quick exit than any objective measure of fun.
In short, Rolletto is a great MyStake sister site for live casino action. And any player who loves to play slots with streaky records can get 24-hour RTPs from the home page. But avoid the ridiculous bonuses with high D+B rollover requirements and focus on having a good time.
MyStake Sister Site – Goldenbet
Regarding MyStake sister sites, Goldenbet is the most balanced offering.
Goldenbet Games
For some reason, MyStake’s casino doesn’t offer some of the most popular, high RTP slots that its sister casinos do. For example, Goldenbet has 888 Dragons from Pragmatic Play (as does Rolletto), a 96.84% RTP machine that is quite popular on other sites. We discuss this and other popular slots in our low-deposit casino article.
Is it because MyStake is trying to project a more high-roller image than Goldenbet? That’s hard to say. But if you want to experience excellent slots like Blaze of Ra by Push Gaming (96.4% RTP), you can’t do it at MyStake. It would help if you came to Goldenbet or Roulette.
But Goldenbet has one leg up over Rolletto: A full selection of minigames. All of the original minigames from MyStake are also available here.
Finally, it has almost as wide a selection of live casino games as Rolletto. Only one or two live tables are included in the mix compared to the other sister casino. So if you want the whole casino experience, Goldenbet is your best pick of the three MyStake sister sites.
Goldenbet Bonus
What about deposit bonuses? Well, you know the score by now. While a Casino Bonus of 100% Up to $500 sounds fantastic, the crippling 35x deposit + bonus rollover requirement to clear it isn’t so wonderful. This is another disappointing offer from what looks like an otherwise generous RTP casino. Stick to their Freespin and Freebet offers and save yourself the frustration and heartache.
Goldenbet Support
What we can say is that their FAQ is strange. It’s like a dynamically generated document (it pulls up the content from different sources based on your language settings) that was copied and pasted from somewhere and didn’t quite apply to their current website.
For example, the phrase in the opening section (as of late May 2023) states: ‘On whichever page you are on Goldenbet, you can always see the “Contact” button in the left corner of the screen.‘
Where? What in the heck is it talking about? It needs to be visible from the FAQ page or the home page. There’s a live chat in the lower right, but that needs to be mentioned here. At the bottom of the screen, in small print, you can find two E-mail addresses and another link to live chat. Where did they get this impression that anything was on the left side of the screen, where there’s nothing but a void?
The Russian version of the FAQ talks about the right corner of the screen, so it may be referring to live chat. But the following instructions section is about E-mailing people, so it needs to be clarified. The English version of the FAQ may be old and has some mistranslations as well. Either way, it’s quite a trip.
Still, the TrustPilot rating is a healthy 3.8 as of late May 2023. For online casinos, that’s a great score. So although it would be nice if they clarified their documentation, the negative customer impact should be minimized.
Regardless, the same advice applies to Goldenbet that we’ve already given for the other MyStake Casino sister sites: Avoid the overly stressful bonus structures, and enjoy the variety of available games.
Some sites, like MyStake Casino, are part of a small group of English-language sister sites with highly focused roles. And while there is reskinning going on, it’s not without purpose, and it’s tactfully done.
By the end of this article, you’ll have all the facts you need to make an educated decision about the MyStake Casino sister sites, and you’ll be able to choose where to make your real money deposit carefully.
So let’s start with an honest review of MyStake.
An Honest MyStake Review
As with all sister sites, we like to start by getting a handle on the casino’s ownership and licensing situation.
History of MyStake Casino
If you’ve stumbled across the MyStake sister sites in the past, you may have seen a company name of ‘OnyxioN B.V.’ pop up about their license. OnyxioN was a Cyprus-based company registered in September 2019.
However, in July of 2022, they changed their name to Santeda International B.V. It was related to a shift in ownership since the corporate name change was a matter of public record. But for completeness and to avoid confusion for anyone who knew them by the old name, we wanted to disclose this info fully.
The Santeda brand (Cyprus registration number: HE406761) currently holds MyStake Casino’s license. That license happens to be a 1668/JAZ, issued by Curaçao eGaming. Anyone who has read our Ultimate Casino Guide knows that the 1668/JAZ is one of the weaker license options available in Curacao… but at least it isn’t a 5536, so let’s count our blessings.
That said, MyStake customer reviews quickly put them in the top 10% of online casinos. A TrustPilot score of 4.2 in mid-2023 is quite the accomplishment when most online gambling sites score a three or less. It’s impressive.
MyStake Games
Now that you know more about the ownership, let’s look at the site. MyStake is a varied online casino experience with equal impetus on slots, table games, and sports betting.
A couple of the more modern options for popular online casinos need to be added to the equation: Bingo and slingo. Perhaps this is a nod towards the more hardcore players, or maybe they haven’t been able to develop these offerings in-house and haven’t found a third-party implementation that they like. Either way, if you’re looking for bingo and slingo, there is a better place.
But MyStake has all of the core enhancements you would expect from a successful online casino. They have live variants of some table games and live mid-game sports wagers. Esports, racing, and virtual sports are all part of their repertoire, making them one of the most well-rounded event betting sites.
These decisions make sense in light of one of their core focuses: The MyStake sister sites all have a cryptocurrency subtheme. We’ll explore crypto-based deposit and bonus options in a little while. But for now, understand that crypto casinos cater well to high-rollers and the international crowd.
That means lots of high-stakes games are available. High-stakes baccarat, blackjack, and roulette dominate MyStake’s live game offerings. The site has slots with $100 pulls and potential million-dollar payouts, and that’s before calculating any progressives.
Slots
Megaway slots magnify this effect and even bring the tantalizing possibility of meaty mid-six-figure jackpots into the realm of possibility for non-millionaires. Take Voodoo Gold as an example. This high volatility, 96.1% RTP megaway, has 4,096 initial paylines, expanding to 262,114. The slot also offers a 5,000x jackpot. That means a $100 spin might be worth half a million dollars.
But the site has plenty to offer for the low-stakes gamer as well! They have an extensive penny gaming selection, including Bgaming’s Penny Pelican. This slot has a 95.98% RTP, ultra-volatility, and 20 paylines to wager on at a penny a piece. It’s one of the dozens of penny slots at the MyStake sister casinos. A broad selection of minigames is also available for low-stakes players looking for something different.
MyStake has over 5,200 casino games available as of May 2023. You’ll likely find a set of games that will bring you the kind of thrills you want.
MyStake Bonuses
Now let’s look at MyStake’s selection of bonus offerings, one of its main draws. At the time of writing, they have a whopping fifteen promotional offers. We will cover the most diverse and attractive offerings, allowing you to explore the others at your leisure.
Since we were talking about minigames, we should cover one of the low-stakes first deposit offerings that MyStake has available: If you deposit between $20 and $500, there’s a 100% minigame bonus offer. This bonus does not apply to Dice, BlackJack, Plinko, or Limbo, and any wagers placed on those games won’t count toward clearing the bonus. A 30x wagering requirement applies to the deposit + bonus, $10 per play max if you want it to count towards clearance.
There’s also a super strange condition that looks like it’s intended for sports betting, not minigames: ‘The minimum odds required for a bet to count as a wager is 1.3. Odds under 1.3 will not be calculated as a wager or considered an extreme action. This conflicting information makes it hard to know if this bonus is worthwhile or even possible since a 98% or 99% RTP is far from 1.3 odds. In short: They need to fix this information on their site and state the RTP on each minigame.
MyStake Crypto Bonus
Moving on to higher stake bonuses, the crypto deposit bonus offers a 170% slot bonus for first-time cryptocurrency deposits between $20 and $600. There’s a max wager of $5 per spin if you want it to count towards bonus clearance.
None of the slots available on MyStake have a high enough RTP to reliably clear the 30x rollover requirement on the deposit + bonus amount. On average, the slots would need more than 98% RTP to lose the bonus amount without dipping into the initial deposit. So once again, not a great bonus offer. You’ll need to be incredibly lucky to make anything out of it. And they ensure variance isn’t on your side by capping the max qualifying wager to $5 a spin.
Our suggestion: Stick to the bonuses that are either pure freerolls or that you have some measure of control over. For example, the 10 Free Dino Minigame Runs bonus offer is a pure freeroll. Yes, you only stand to gain $300 max, and there’s a 20x winnings clearance betting requirement. But it costs you nothing and only requires a $20 deposit. The sportsbook 3 + 1 Freebet Bonus (not compatible with the 30% New Season CashBack offer) is another virtual freeroll you can use if you’re already doing sports betting anyway.
Payments
To make a real money deposit so that you can take advantage of these bonuses, you’ll need to make a real money deposit. According to this blog post, MyStake accepts and issues’ bank transfer-SEPA, SWIFT, Interac, Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz, PIX, and Crypto payments.’
However, that same blog post explains that the maximum monthly withdrawal for non-VIPs is $15,000 a month. If you hit the jackpot, you’ll pull it out for years unless you can secure VIP status. High rollers should look to become VIPs before committing a large chunk of money to the site.
In conclusion: MyStake has something for everyone. It’s well-reviewed and the first choice for many high-rollers and penny-ante enthusiasts. Stay away from the ’30x deposit + bonus’ offerings, and focus on enjoying yourself!
MyStake Casino Alternatives
What if these sites don’t tickle your fancy? Don’t worry; we have two MyStake Casino similar sites for you to take a look at!
We’ll dive deeper into these Ryker B.V.-owned sites in a separate article. Let’s briefly cover why Jackbit and Freshbet are appropriate MyStake Casino alternatives and what they have on offer that’s different from the Santeda International sites.
There are almost no TrustPilot reviews of these sites at the time of writing, so we’ll wait and see how that pans out. When the number reaches 100 or more, we’ll know what the general public thinks.
First, they’re both 1668/JAZ licensed sites, so at least they have the same gambling authority (it could be worse, believe us). Secondly, they have a similar suite of minigames to MyStake and some of the same casino game providers as Goldenbet.
Let’s take a closer look.
MyStake Casino Alternatives – Jackbit
JackBit offers the player a wide variety of online real money slots. Whether you’re interested in low- or high-stakes, this casino has it all.
Players will see that all crypto deposit options are available on the high stake side. That means moving large amounts of money quickly and without the hassles of credit.
Once the deposit is made, you can lay massive sports bets, racing bets, and E-sports wagers. They even offer a 3+1 Freebet system, much like MyStake.
Not to mention that there are over 200 live casino tables to jump into, with various high-limit options available. Around half of those are provided by Evolution, one of the industry’s most prolific providers of live table gaming. This also means all high-end brand names games, like Monopoly and Deal Or No Deal, are available.
Jackbit Games
On the high-stakes slot side, the site hosts Amatic Industries’ Lucky Respin as an example. It has an impressive 97.15% RTP. The maximum win is 500x the bet, multiplied by the maximum bet of $3,000 per spin, which means you can theoretically pick up an incredible $1.5 million jackpot.
But that’s just one of the over 6,100 casino games available at Jackbit. Plenty of penny slots, mega ways, jackpot games, video poker, video bingo, and other gambling alternatives put MyStake Casino to shame.
Every month there is a new $500,000 Drops & Wins slot leaderboard tournament. It offers free spins, free credits, and a healthy prize pool to spark the competitive slot scene on the site.
Jackbit Bonuses
It should be noted: This is how Jackbit offers bonuses: no ridiculous clearance deposit + bonus requirement, and no jumping through hoops. On free spins, you need to do a 10x rollover on any winnings on qualifying machines. Once that’s done, the remainder is yours to do as you please. So you’ll find their promotions section simple, streamlined, and refreshingly honest.
Their FAQ is short, but at least it’s accurate as far as we can tell. They encourage people to talk to live chat if they want things like self-exclusion or gambling addiction resources, which is nice to see.
They have a withdrawal policy similar to MyStake, meaning that you need to become a VIP if you want to take out more than $15,000 a month. This is becoming more common with Curacao casinos, so it’s almost always wise to seek out their VIP program if you plan to play for high stakes or hit the jackpot.
Jackbit serves as a fine example of an online casino similar to MyStake. A more straightforward, automatic bonus structure paired with a broader selection of games makes them superior in many ways. But they need more public reviews to make them a more significant wildcard.
MyStake Casino Alternatives – Freshbet
And with Freshbet Casino, we’re back in the land of terrible bonus offers.
Let’s get this out of the way right up front: Freshbet’s 40x deposit + bonus rollover policy should be avoided at all costs. You’ve heard why in this article multiple times, so we won’t bore you to tears. A 155% Crypto Welcome Bonus up to $500 looks great on paper, but when you’re clearing it with a max of $10 bet, the variance will likely catch up with you. They have the equivalent of a 10% rakeback bonus, but the rollover on that is 45x, so at best, it’s a last-chance liferaft.
Worse, the 100% Matching Up to $500 Casino Welcome Bonus offer has vague terms and conditions:
‘The First/Second/Third Deposit Bonus has a 30x (thirty) wagering, and it is available for 30 (thirty) days.‘
That needs to be more accurate English. Has a wagering of 30x’? A wagering requirement, one assumes, but is that 30x rollover referring to the bonus alone or bonus + deposit? We believe the latter, given the other rewards available on the site. But that could be better, mainly when discussing T&Cs that can impact your customers’ money.
So once again, avoid these bonuses. It’s better to get on with the more fun activities available on the site unless you’re feeling fortunate.
With that in your back pocket, let’s talk about the positive side of this coin. FreshBet is excellent as either a low deposit casino or a high-roller haven. Their various games contribute to an inclusive environment for all stake levels.
Freshbet games
Yggdrasil’s best online slot, Vikings Go To Hell, is present and accounted for on the low-stakes end. It’s not only a wild ride for small-stakes players; it has a solid 96.1% RTP. You can spend hours just enjoying the experience.
The minigame selection is robust, with a dozen ready to play in late May 2023. This puts Freshbet on par with MyStake in this area.
On the high roller side, there are over 200 live casino games, including over 70 blackjack and over 40 baccarat tables at the time of writing. When that experience is added to the solid selection of sportsbook options (including the same 3+1 Freebet offer that Jackbit advertised), there’s plenty of entertainment for high rollers to take advantage of during any evening.
Freshbet is similar to her sister site, Jackbit. But of the two, Jackbit offers less B.S. to wade through.
Conclusion
There’s plenty of fun at the MyStake sister sites, but they are only for some. The lack of a coherent and sane bonus policy does put a damper on the new player experience since clearing even a fraction of a bonus is highly unlikely. Of the three, Goldenbet offers the most complete, well-rounded experience.
And while FreshBet falls into that same trap, Jackbit is a casino that keeps up with those hard-to-clear bonus structures. It serves as the most solid MyStake Casino alternative.
We wish any of these casinos published their monthly RTP reports machine-by-machine. That kind of transparency helps the player make the best gambling decisions. But given the high ratings the public has bestowed on the MyStake Casino sister sites, they must be doing something right.
